A ladies night to pull out the favorite Halloween costume,grab some girlfriends and come downtown Oxford. Stores open late with several offering wine, games and deals. Each costume category winner wins $50 in Downtown Dollars. Child care, food, fun & games provided by the Oxford Parks and Recreation.
