AmeriStaff, Inc., is currently seeking an experienced Material Handler to fill an opening with a manufacturing industry of spunlace fabric products located in Roxboro, NC. The ideal candidates should have forklift experience and experience working in manufacturing logistics.

- Temp-to-Hire.

- 2nd Shift.
- 5:00pm – 2:00am.
- Salary: $17.00/hour.
Responsibilities of the Material Handler
- Transfer materials between trucks, warehouses, and throughout the production floor as necessitated for the smooth flow of production.
- Accept shipments upon arrival at the building.
- Provide support as needed to logistics and production staff, mainly in the area of materials transfer, using forklifts, bale clamps, pallet jacks, and other necessary equipment.
- Examine records such as purchase orders, packing slips, waybills, logs, etc., to ensure completeness of all outgoing shipments and accuracy of records.
- Maintain general order and organization of area.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
- Support the company’s quality and safety initiatives.
