Position: Digital Print Specialist
Immediate Supervisor: Manager - School of Graphic Arts
Salary: $35,000 - $40,000
Typical work week: 40 hours – Monday through Friday
Starting Date: September 1, 2026
The Digital Print & Engraving Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality printed and engraved products that support the mission of the School of Graphic Arts (SGA). This role combines digital printing, wide-format production, finishing, and laser engraving to serve the MHCO campus, the Masonic fraternity, and the broader community. The position also provides training and mentoring to students, ensuring their work aligns with industry best practices, Agency policies, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in print production, graphic arts, wide format, or engraving is preferred. Previous experience in digital printing, wide-format production, laser engraving, or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train a motivated individual who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and solid problem-solving skills.
Applicants must successfully complete a background check, physical examination, TB test, and drug screening in accordance with MHCO policies, procedures, and licensure requirements. A valid North Carolina driver's license is required.
