I’m Hannah and the owner of Moss + Ivy Coffee Co.. I was born and raised in Granville County and after a few years away, I recently moved back home. Since being home, I’ve enjoyed visiting and supporting our local businesses and growth while also continuing to experience that small town feel that’s so important to me. The need for convenient specialty coffee in Oxford quickly became apparent in the last year I’ve been home. After several months of thinking and talking as if this idea was a pipe dream, I read John 15:4-6 in one of my devotions. John 15:5 stood out to me as I was reading this passage and has been my guiding verse since. So, with God’s guiding hand and blessings, along with my love of coffee and previous barista experience, Moss + Ivy was created. Ivy is a daily reminder that we must be rooted in God, the true vine.
