Director of Nursing - Federally Qualified Health Center

Granville Vance Public Health (GVPH) is seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as Director of Nursing – Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

This full-time senior leadership position will play a key role in the continued development and expansion of GVPH’s FQHC primary care services across Granville and Vance Counties. Reporting to the Health Director and FQHC Medical Director, the Director of Nursing provides leadership for nursing practice, clinical operations, staffing, quality and patient safety, care coordination, clinical workflows, credentialing, emergency preparedness, and HRSA clinical compliance.

The Director will work collaboratively with primary care and behavioral health providers, clinical and administrative leaders, and quality and compliance staff to strengthen accessible, patient-centered, high-quality care throughout GVPH’s clinical system.

GVPH operates clinic locations in both Granville and Vance Counties, and this position requires regular presence at both locations as well as occasional travel to community sites.
